What thaumaturgy existed the day x met y? The sun moved listlessly athwart the sky as it had done for millennia. Was it all so different that day?

    Both are wonderful, but I have to say that first one is exquisite! The composition of the little creature creeping into that vast amorphous background is brilliant!
