That berry like thing made me stare for many minutes - still don't know what is coming out of it - a seed, a flower, a bug... Playful light all through the pics - wish my silhouette was so graceful as that of the fairy weed :)
Prospero, that sugar apple was my father's favourite fruit. I like it too. It has lots of seeds. When riped/soft the pulp taste sweet and creamy (delicious!). Over here, in the villages, many homes used to have one or two trees. Nowadays, hardly seen. Nice photos as always. Have a great weekend!
I love the lighting in these pictures. The third one just feels so peaceful, the coloring is so pretty. The picture of Angelina is so sweet! It's become Gracie's habit to run up and share the chair with me while I read blogs, that's about the only time she surrenders to me and doesn't want to be the boss :)
Looks like succulents and grasses. Love all the different colors and textures going on here. Very interesting garden. Like the pink accentuation. The plant last looks like a jade plant. Wonderful photo!
I like very much the flower: the third - very delicate with soft light - and the fifth - so vibrant and full of life - are wonderful for me! Beautiful set, thanks!
First BIG hug for Angelina from Kareltje because its today world Cat Day :) =^.^= I love all your shots, they give me a peace feeling!!! Great collection today :)
Hi Prospero, they are all lovely images and the lighting is so nice. I love the soft focus of Angelina, also the way she is just out of the frame, nice shot.
Hi there! Thank you for stopping by my blog! I came up with the name just because I was very "blue" from not spending as much time as I would like in beautiful Bermuda!! It is as simple as that! Your puppy and your flowers are just beautiful! Happy Monday!
I have seen lots of flowers lately and didn't know their names and thought if you were here you could have identified them and told something about them.
Your pictures are just beautiful. But you better keep that beautiful animal hidden. I love dogs, flowers AND tomato's. My blog was so blah that you visited and I am sorry about that. I had a DR's app't and she said I was not getting enough sleep. When I read some of the blogs I started when I was groggy I can not believe how disjointed they are. I just wanted to explain that I am not always so disjointed. Thank you for visiting and please return any time. I can make sense. I will be a visitor here many times over.
i absolutely adore this last image. you have such a way with light, Prospero, that light one can only see in the darkest of nights, on the verge of things.
ps. on n'a pas besoin d'un imperatif pour s'abandonner a tes images :-) (desolee pour les accents, je n'ecris pas sur mon clavier) how come you speak so well French?
Angelina looks like she's peeking out through a window. You sure have some unusual looking plants. Is that a sugar apple?
ReplyDeleteThese are some of the prettiest plants yet. That Angelina is a sweetheart! Hugs to you both and have a nice weekend.

ReplyDeleteno - i won't, as life, as you show it, is much too alluring to give in.
ReplyDeletebut then, there is the "sweet sweet surrender" -
ReplyDeletebeautiful images, as usual!
All shots are beautifully composed, as usual!

ReplyDeleteHi Prospero, they are all lovely images and the lighting is so nice. I love the soft focus of Angelina, also the way she is just out of the frame, nice shot.
ReplyDeleteHave a good week-end.
Whoa! I liked the first title very much...but then, no more titles! Great photos but I always like your take on them!
ReplyDeletehello Prospero..
merci....:)
beaucoup de grâce dans cette série...
a bientot ..bon dimanche..:)
The fourth Photo will have caption something like this... "I will surrender nothing, not even a whisker!!"

Your photos are always so evocative, and speak to one's soul. Beautiful as always. And I adore the one of Angelina, the softness and muted quality.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Oz Girl about your photos...I don't think I recognize the blooms. They're all so pretty!
ReplyDeletesuch a lovely and moody feel to this.
ReplyDeleteSpirithelpers

ReplyDeleteLOVE the softness, color, and composition of the third one - very soothing.
For once your title went past me, but that doesn't matter. I enjoyed the photos anyhow.
