ReplyDeleteHmm... no matter how much I kept going back and forth of this post, I am not bored. I kept looking at 'Helios'... this is probably what you see in my eyes he he... Very nice pictures as always ;-) Have a great day Prospero.
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty.
ReplyDeleteCrete is my favorite this time.
ReplyDeletethank you for such spirited images as well as simple and quiet...I do enjoy your work~elk
ReplyDeleteSoooooooo Lovely shots,
ReplyDeletethey all beautiful !!
Ooooh...aaahhhh....
ReplyDeleteAll these shots are so beautiful,
but Angelina walking through the green & yellow is so soft & sweet:)
However do you decide which ones to place on the walls!? I love them all!
ReplyDeleteI love them all, but Crete and Labyrinth does it for me. Lovely Angelina shot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos as usually! Today my very favourite is Poseidon - I'm impressed with this picture:)
ReplyDeleteTake care!
Hard for me to pick a favorite today, they are all so different. I have to say thought I really like Crete (my in laws were just visiting there). It makes me want to keep going up the steps.
ReplyDeleteGreat series of images. I love the lighting of Ariadne's Thread, the lines in labyrinth, and the color in Minotaur. Crete is my favorite because I cannot resist steps.
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing your photos I feel honored of your visit and subscription to my blog.
ReplyDeleteI am a beginner but I hope to learn a lot from your blog!
Thanks!
:-)
oh, this is such an amazing concept! i feel taken by hand and led into the dark and breathtaking and burning heart of the myth. thank you!
ReplyDelete(have to come back in the morning, with a clear head, to ponder all the nuances :-)
Dear Prospero
ReplyDeleteMarvelous, Mind Blowing,Mythical & Magical stuff with sub titles. I like the use of words from Greek Mythology like Minotaur, Vrete & Labyrinth. Pure joy & Bliss! You gave me a great start to my day.
Thanks for dropping in & leaving comments on my blog. Pl continue to visit as often as you can.
God Bless You. Have a nice day !

The vibrant textured green in Labyrinth -- wow!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for stopping by my blog!
All so beautiful, but if I had to choose a favourite it'd be Poseidon. Love the last shot too.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning, as always. Peace of Mind is always present in all your pictures. Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteBuenos Aires Photo
These are all superb. My favorite is Poseidon, too. And the final picture. Great job...
ReplyDeleteAll the photos are fantastic, but I love Crete. It's gorgeous. Have a great day. ~Cindy
ReplyDeleteGREAT pictures!!! what are you doing with your peaches? i only have one tree but it looks like i should get about a bushel out of it.
ReplyDeleteHelios got my heart - the most powerful yellow to suit the sun god. The Minotavr was quite scary :) I would have taken a few step back before shooting :) Good thing you handed us the thread at the very begining to take us back to the safe place. Greek mythology is very inspiring and you hit again every right color and every righ position to pull the strings of our surprise!
ReplyDeleteHello again! I have a tiny challenge for you at my blog! Nothing scary - simply for the fun of it! :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous series! The 1st shot is just stunning!!! Great work, Prospero!
ReplyDeleteYou always say so much with so few and wonderful words. Your photos are both intriguing and beautiful, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteProspero, I understand completely, and of course I don't take i personally. I know that a lot has the same policy as you, that is why it sometimes is difficult to recieve an award - or participate in something like this! Thank you for your kind words - I am blushing here! :)
ReplyDeleteA secret: I am actually concidering to take the same stand in this matter as you, for the future. Memes is fun for me, but awards and tags and so on - too much work finding who to pass it on to. It means you always have to leave someone out!
Have a nice evening!
A beautiful and fantastic journey! I wish I could see all these images really large too. I particularly love Ariadne's thread

ReplyDeleteI liked that one - I'm going to Crete later this year.
ReplyDeletePS Thank you for the comment! No, we don't have sea-turtles. The picture was taken from a speedboat.
Love 'em all! Maybe "Poseidon" the best, just 'cause I like those kind of photos.
ReplyDeleteAh, you are very talented. I like these very, very much.
ReplyDeleteYou make such beautiful use of lines and colours... and darkness. Lovely!
