Le déluge

hommage à Magritte

  1. We can all feel like that (even when we were children)- slightly washed out and life askew.

  2. this one is very tricky (as expected from time to time, here in the Garden :-). a sure sign that i am not a Magritte-lover is that, every time i look at this photo, i tend to turn my head to the right (lower it, to be more precise) so that i view the image from the 'right' angle, i am a lost case :-)

(i love the photo, by the way, i long for this openness, for a deluge-like dissolving into the endless)

  3. I'm a big fan of Magritte, looking at the world from a different perspective, the unexpected and unexplained. I also love over-exposed photos though I don't seem to manage it. I love the idea of dissolving in light...

  4. Soft. Light dispelling into thin ribbons--ahhhh...beautiful feast for the eyes, dear Bro o' mine!

Your words are only true if I deem them to be so.
